What this unlocks
Connect your sales pipeline and contact data. Once connected, HubSpot CRM data shows up in these places in your dashboard:
Leads chart
New leads over time on Insights → Visitors & Leads.
Recent Leads and lead details
A table of recent leads, each with its own detail page.
Which leads are counted? Salient only counts HubSpot contacts whose first visit to your website was a page Salient published. Your other contacts are never shown.
Before you begin
Have these ready. The connection itself only takes a few minutes.
- A Salient dashboard login with access to the brand you are connecting.
- A HubSpot user who is allowed to connect apps to the account. This usually means a Super Admin or a user with the App Marketplace access permission.
- The HubSpot tracking code installed on your website, so HubSpot knows which page each contact first visited.
Step by step

Change or disconnect
Change the connected account
Click the gear icon next to the Hubspot CRM title. This runs the HubSpot sign-in again, so you can switch to a different HubSpot account.
Disconnect
Turn the toggle off. A dialog asks Disconnect HubSpot CRM
and explains: Are you sure you want to disconnect HubSpot CRM? This will stop tracking and syncing data from this integration.
Click Disconnect to confirm. You'll see Account Disconnected

Disconnecting removes our access immediately. You can also revoke access from the HubSpot CRM side at any time.
Troubleshooting
These are the messages you might see in the dashboard, and what to do about each one.
Visitors & Leads says “Connect HubSpot CRM”
HubSpot isn't connected for this brand. Click Set up integration to go to the Integrations page. Each brand has its own connections.
I see “HubSpot Authentication Failed”
The message Your HubSpot credentials have expired or are invalid.
means the access was revoked, for example because the user who connected it left or the app was uninstalled in HubSpot. Click Reconnect and approve again.
I connected but see no leads
Leads only appear once a contact's first recorded visit is one of your Salient pages. Check that the HubSpot tracking code is installed on your website, including the Salient pages, and allow time for new contacts to come in.
I can't approve the app in HubSpot
Your HubSpot user can't install apps. Ask a Super Admin to connect it, or to give you the App Marketplace access permission.
